Joining a group class depends on available spaces. Occasionally you may need to go on a waiting list. Once you have joined a class you will automatically keep your place for the following term if you wish to continue
Before attending your first class you will need to complete a health questionnaire this will allow me to adapt any exercises to suit your requirements. This form will be sent to you for completion before the first session.
All classes are mat work based, which are run in blocks of between 5– 8 weeks to fit in with the school term time. If you are away then you will be eligible for a catch up class if prior notice has been given. You can catch up in any class within the current block of classes, space permitting, or join one of the online sessions.
Classes can not be carried over into a new term.
If unable to make a zoom session, then the session will be recorded for you and you will have the class to catch up in a time more suitable for you that week.
Comfortable clothing which allows freedom of movement such as tracksuit bottoms, leggings and a t-shirt. Preferably not too excessively baggy so posture and alignment can be checked. Pilates is done either barefoot or in socks.
You will need to bring your own mat but I will have a few spare if needed. I use a range of equipment: Bands, loop bands, small Pilates ball and weights. It is preferred that you have your own a equipment, however I will always have spare ones.
Hall classes work out at £8.00 per class, therefore for example a 6 week course would be £48. Due to the nature of the classes, terms must be booked up and paid in advance before the first session to reserve your space. If you are wanting to book onto a course that has already started then please contact me.
Zoom classes are £6 and these are also paid termly
Payment can be made by bank transfer before the start of the first session.
