After a career teaching young children and coaching sport, I decided to build on my love of Pilates and train as a Pilates Instructor. I first realised the benefits of Pilates when it helped me recover from a back injury and allowed me to keep enjoying an active lifestyle.
I believe Pilates has a place for everyone, whether your goals are to improve you posture, recover from injury or simply relax.
