Sharing my love of Pilates

After a career teaching young children and coaching sport, I decided to build on my love of Pilates and train as a Pilates Instructor.  I first realised the benefits of Pilates when it helped me recover from a back injury and allowed me to keep enjoying an active lifestyle.


I believe Pilates has a place for everyone, whether your goals are to improve you posture, recover from injury or simply relax.

VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Mat-based Pilates

Pilates for Common Orthopaedic Conditions

Pilates for Pre and Post natal pregnancy

VTCT Level 3 Award in Nutrition for Physical Activity

What is Pilates?

Pilates is a body-conditioning method that targets the deep postural muscles.  Pilates works by building strength from the inside out, rebalancing the body and bringing it into correct postural alignment. 


Achieving the perfect balance between strength and flexibility, Pilates will help to reshape your body and at the same time, relieve unwanted stress and tension.


It is suitable for first time exercisers or athletes looking to enhance their performance and avoid the risk of injury.


Sports Massage Therapy

I trained with Future Fit and qualified as a level 3 Sports Massage  therapist.
