6 week back care

Week 1

Moves include:

Roll down, cat/cow, 4-point swimming, around the clock, bridges, bent knee dead bugs. interesting about your business here.

Week 2

Moves include: 

Shoulder mobility, marching, hip rolls, chest openers, cat/cow, child's pose.  This short sequence perfect for those suffering from sciatica. 

Week 3

Moves include: 

Varying levels of single leg stretch, toe taps, bridges, leg circles, leg lowers, hip openers


Week 4

Moves include 

Thread the needle, 4-point swimming, knee lifts, plank, 

back extensions,  prone leg lifts,  mermaid, staggered bridge,   single leg stretch 

Week 5

Moves include 

Standing moves, roll down, variations of single leg stretch, bridges, bridges with heel, lifts, leg circle, side lying sweeps, double leg lifts 

Week 6

Moves include:

Standing moves, back extensions,  single leg stretch, bridges, ab curl rotations
